This article is for the cataloging of Crew Names, for the purposes of determining which combination of names/genders/races can occur. This is an ongoing project, and will be cleaned up periodically to sort the names in a meaningful manner. You can help! Please add whatever crew names you find to the list.

Crew name mechanics[]

It appears that crew names fall into roughly 4 categories:

  • English Names - Names you would commonly find in western literature.
  • Eastern European Names - Names commonly found in Russia.
  • East Asian Names - Mostly Korean-sounding names.
  • Titled Names - Any Sort of Honorific/Adjective + Last Name/Noun

For each category there is a distinction between female and male "First" names, and a shared pool of "Last" Names.

Crew occupation does not seem to affect possible crew names at all.

Crew race also has no bearing on possible crew names, other than determining the gender.

Distribution of names seems even, with equal probability of being in each of the 4 categories.

List of crew names[]

Please add any crew names to the uber list on the talk page. Names that already exist can be added to the talk page as well as they help cross-reference. If you aren't sure where to put a name because neither the first nor last names are listed, there's a section for that on the talk page as well.
