Named for the previous "Getty'd" bug, being "Grotto'd" involves an error where your Skyrate will be unable to buy any items, talk on chat, or plot any flights. This usually occurs on Uurwerk or Grottopolis, but has recently happened on lower Flight License islands, including the Core. The issue seems to clean up once the Skyrates server resets for the night, so if nothing else just check back the next day.
This one's a little less obvious to spot than other errors. In fact, the Radio even works fine. Check out the Map over there. Anything look weird? It should. The green circle around a Skyland is supposed to indicate where you are currently located. In this one, it is around Romeo. There are no flight legs setup (in the Action Queue), but the "Range" seems to be based out of Alpha 3. You've been "Getty'd!" This error has also been dubbed the "Endless Flight" - named by the fact that your Skyrate never lands. Refreshing your Flash client usually fixes this one.<br clear="all" />

Organized here by their common nicknames, here are some error messages you may see in Skyrates and possible troubleshooting steps. In almost every case, clearing your browser's cache, waiting a few minutes and reloading the Flash client usually helps.

Grotto'd

Named for the previous "Getty'd" bug, being "Grotto'd" involves an error where your Skyrate will be unable to buy any items, talk on chat, or plot any flights. This usually occurs on Uurwerk or Grottopolis, but has recently happened on lower Flight License islands, including the Core. The issue seems to clean up once the Skyrates server resets for the night, so if nothing else just check back the next day.

One thirded

1/3'rd!

When the loading bar gets "stuck" about 1/3 of the way through, you've been "1/3'ed". The Skyrates server is up, but it's not accepting your login credentials (to log you into the Flash client) or is unable to accept them. It usually rights itself within about 5 minutes, but if you're unable to login after that long, make a post about it in the Bug Reports section of the Skyrates Forum.
In 2.5 this occasionally results in a message about a Policy File.

This one usually indicates that the Skyrates server has gone down or that you've lost your connection to it. Follow the moose's advice: try again (but you usually don't have to wait more than 1 minute).
