Template:Skillbox The Leadership Skill helps keep Crew happy, lowers their daily wages and may even increase how quickly Crew Members gain experience.
Leadership isn't currently cost-effective. Even though both the parent skills now work (Cartography and Trade Prestige), the drop in crew wages is so small as to make Leadership almost useless. It's not even worth taking one level in this at present, until you get to the point where you have no where else to invest your FPs and TPs.
