Lucius Thorvald IV, better known as Lucivius, was a pretender to the throne of the Kingdom of Magnus who claimed Skytopia as his "birthright" during the Earthbreach War. His ancestor, Lucius I, worked with Marvenio Disanter at the University of Asgard; their research on unobtainium led to the creation of skystone and the development of powerful unobtainium weapons that were ultimately responsible for the Great Upheaval.
It is implied in the story When Land Was Land that the name "Lucivius" comes from a common etymological mistake involving the formal name "Lucius IV."
