Master Locust is a pirate lord described as scruffy and pale, wearing a top with a mandarin collar.[1] He is known for his swarm tactics, believing that most problems can be overcome with enough men and guns; a consequence of which is that his fleets tend to be comprised of cheap, expendable craft, such as G01D-F15H.
He has a fierce rivalry with Mistress Owl, whom he considers treacherous after she caused many of his followers to defect. The two pirate lords frequently clash over territory.
