The Pirate Faction is composed of Devs. It also includes NPC planes which are destroyed for Combat Points and to complete various Missions. On the Influence Boards, Skylands are under control of the Pirate Faction by default, with Captain Remy as the default Governor.
Unlike other, the Pirate Faction cannot be joined.
